I have two rough winged swallows finally ready for release but no place to let them go. A birder said they were hanging out at a golf course pond in Thurmont. Not now. Does anyone know where they are massing for migration? I need to get them out now and preferably in Frederick county as I have too many animals to leave the clinic for more than half an hour. Any suggestions would be most gratefully received.
