As I'm sure many of you know, Cromwell is a wonderful place for hiking and birding -- especially considering its proximity to the Baltimore beltway. Recently, after I spent several months taking photographs for the park, my friend Devin and I created a new Cromwell Valley Park web site. It features over 100 photos of the park and its wildlife by myself and other local photographers; as well as a complete bird list with the relative abundance for each species by season. It also features park history, educational programs, and information on Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). Any off-line feedback is welcome. For anyone who has not already visited this peaceful urban oasis, I highly recommend it. The URL for the home page is www.bcpl.net/~cvpark. The full bird list is at http://www.bcpl.net/~cvpark/wildlifeAndBirding/fullBirdList.html. I plan on joining the BBC in the near future, and if I cannot make this one, I will definitely make it out to one of the next few meetings. Take care, and hope to see some of you soon.
