Fallon" Subject: Yellow-crowned Night Heron (YCNH) MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit At Fran Uhler NEA yesterday am, there were a few migrants - Black-thr Blue f, CT Warbler, possible Least FC. But the hi-light was a YCNH at the flooded "borrow pit". This is somewhat suggestive because of the spate of sightings there in recent years, tho' none rising to the level of "atlasable". The bird was in adult plumage, but retained some streaking on the otherwise properly-yellow crown.
