One of them was singing - I have never heard that in MD! Isn't this very early? I have never seen one at LB before October. Some nice warblers also: 6 Chestnut-sided (all young) 5 Black-and-White 4 A. Redstart (incl. 2 adult males) 1 Worm-eating 1 Ovenbird 1 Mourning (adult male) 1 C. Yellowthroat (young) 1 Canada (incl. 1 adult male) Still a few gnatcatchers and one White-eyed vireo around, and quite a few Red-eyed Vireos. No Prairie Warblers or Field Sparrows seen/heard.
