MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Hi Jason------- On the way to NY City, you might check out Bombay Hook Nat. Wildlife Refuge. It is perhaps 35-45 minutes south of Delaware Rt. 95/Exit 1. Great place for shorebirds, ducks, geese. http://bombayhook.fws.gov/ For songbirds in Delaware, try Brandywine Creek State Park, north of I-95. www.destateparks.com Good luck & Good birding------- Georgia McDonald Towson, Balt Co dangeo@erols.com Jason Elbaum wrote: > > Dear Maryland birders, > > Can anyone recommend sites to visit which are either > easily and quickly accessible from Potomac, or just off the route to NY? > > Any seasonal highlights we should be aware of? > > Thanks, > > Jason Elbaum > Israel > > My wife's Birding in Israel site: > http://www.geocities.com/jelbaum/Birdwatching.html > > ======================================================================= > To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com > with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey > ======================================================================= ======================================================================= To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey ======================================================================= =========================================================================
