Probably not as many as yesterday but good activity and diversity from about 7 am (or a little later) to about 8:30 at the ridge and down over the hill at the equitation field. The highlight however was a very cooperative OLIVE-SIDED FLYCATCHER on dead snags immediately in front of the horse center stables (east side), seen in the scope. This was about 9:30 to 10 am. Since there were many birders and we did not go around and tally up what everyone had seen, the following reflects what we observed ourselves. Warblers: Black-and-White (10), Black-throated Blue (3), Black-throated Green (8), Blackburnian (5), Blackpoll (1), Canada (5), Chestnut-sided (8-10), Magnolia (6), Nashville (1), Parula (2), Redstart (12), Yellowthroat (5). Lots were unidentified as they were very active this morning! Others: Yellow-throated Vireo (1), Red-eyed Vireo (~30), Veery (2), Scarlet Tanager (5), Baltimore Oriole (6), Rose-breasted Grosbeak (2), Great Crested Flycatcher (3), Olive-sided Flycatcher (1), Eastern Wood-pewee (12), Blue-gray Gnatcatcher (~20), Ruby-throated Hummingbird (6). Also Bobolinks passing over (8-10 approx.)
