Probably wouldn't even post except that we had a nice fly-over RED-HEADED WOODPECKER at the ridge (picnic area 17/18) as well as good views of a perched Yellow-billed Cuckoo. The Maintenance Yard and Nature Center were dead, alas! Warblers: Black-and-White (2), Blackpoll (1), Black-throated Green (1), Chestnut-sided (2), Magnolia (4), Parula (1), Redstart (2), Yellowthroat (2). Others: Red-eyed Vireo (10), Veery (4), Swainson's Thrush (1), Rose-breasted Grosbeak (2), Tree Swallow (1) plus the cuckoo and woodpecker.
