A few birds were moving around, but mostly local catbirds and cardinals. A couple of Red-eyed Vireos, a pair of Magnolia Warblers, ditto Common Yellowthroats, and a Northern parula, were the only birds except for a female Rose-breasted Grosbeak feeding on Virginia Creeper berries. A Brown Thrasher was also seen feeding on the same berries. Otherwise fairly quiet. This small park is on my way in to work, so will stop by frequently in the AM for an hour or so of birding, and keep you posted.
