MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit As I was cleaning up the yard for Isabel, I noticed a very pale dove at my feeder. After grabbing Sibley's and Kaufmann, it didn't take long to realize it was an Eurasian Collared Dove. The black band around the back of the neck was very distinctive. Upon first glance, I thought for a minute I had an albino dove. How common or uncommon is this sighting in Maryland? Storm related you think?
