Nancy and I had a juvenile Red-necked = Phalarope at Great Oak Pond along the left side of the road to Great Oak = Marina west from MD-298 via Handy Pt Rd this evening at 7:00 PM. This = was the finale of our single-party Fall Count for Kent County. Other = highlights of the day were a Lesser Black-backed Gull at Kent Narrows, a = Surf Scoter off Eastern Neck just south of Rock Hall, and 8 Black Terns = feeding over Chesapeake Bay south of Rock Hall.
