The Turkey Point Hawk Watch is located in the Elk Neck State Park, Cecil County, MD. On 9/18 Candi " Hurricane" Lee counted for an hour in the pre Isabelle hours and had 8 raptors in her hour there: OS-1, RT-1, SS-5, UU-1

There was no count on 9/19

On 9/20 16 raptors were counted by the Lees, visitors from Delaware, Dave Holmes with a group and those participating in a Cecil Bird Club field trip: BW-2, OS-2, SS-7, CH-2, AK-2, UU-1 The Cecil Field trip also turned up a nice assortment of passerines, including Blue Grosbeak, ~ 12 Rose Breasted Grosbeak, Canada Warbler, Magnolia and Redstart Warbler, Red-eyed, White-eyed and Solitary Vireo, Caspian Tern, Forsters Tern, Red-headed, Red-bellied, Hairy, Downy and Pileated Woodpeckers, Yellow-billed Cuckoo, Great-crested Flycatcher and White-breasted Nuthatch.

Marcia Watson counted 50 on 9/21, and had company from the Baltimore Bird Club and Cecil members as well: TV-1, OS-3, BE-1, NH-1, SS-21, CH-6, BW-6, AK-10, ML-1

As the park was meant to be closed due to the effects of Isabelle, I did not think it would be too politick of me to include the park on my reports!
