He had a called (several times) Western Wood-Pewee in the vicinity of the maintenance yard at Assateague/Bayside. It was around the pines west of the area where most of the stuff grills, etc. are kept (where the Rock Wren was). The pines are boarded to the west by a disturbed area of cut vegetation/pile of dirt covered with vegetation. Good luck. I might try for these tomorrow. There are multiple banding records of this species in Worcester County from the old Operation Recovery station in what is now Ocean City, during the 1960s.
