They were on Lake Redington which has been partially drained for work on the causeway...all seen from the back patio. Also, a couple of ring-necked ducks were reported by visitors. Other winter birds (ruby-crowned kinglets, yellow-rumped warblers and white-throated sparrows) are also being reported on the refuge. Can winter be far behind?
