I decided to do some birding 7:30 am till about noon . There were hardly any Neotropicals presant except 1 immature Eastern wood pewee. Lots of Catbirds, 2 Northern Harriers , 1 immature Bald Eagle ( scared up the Canada Geese) Wooducks on large pond near route 50 . A feeding mixed flock sparrows on the roadside next to above mentioned pond. lots of Song Sparrows , 2 Savannah Sparrow, 8 Swamp Sparrows, 1 LINCOLN ' S SPARROW, White Throated Sparrows presant in the Woods , 12 Tree Swallows , 2 Eastern Towhees, 1 Yellow - Bellied Sapsucker , 4 Palm Warblers. 5 Common Yellow Throats scattered through the park inculding 1 male with most of his black mask. 8 Cardinals , 1 Belted Kingfisher , and 1 Osprey still around.
