PG Cty, Oct. 26 Comments: To: md-SMAS MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Scouting with Cora Fulton today for Southern Maryland Audubon field trip on Nov. 1, we saw from the Potomac Boardwalk a good number of Gadwalls and a few Ruddy Ducks mixed in with a raft of Canada Geese and Mallards. Three Immature Bald Eagles were perched; 1 Forster's Tern, 1 DC Cormorant sighted. At Wharf Road, Piscataway Creek, the usual large raft of Ruddy Ducks was in, and 5 Pied-billed Grebes were in the cove. Four Great Egrets in the marsh, 1 Gt Black Gull sitting on driftwood. Many distant Ring-billeds, small terns, few DC Cormorants. For the field trip, meet Cora Fulton at the Piscataway Park Boardwalk, 9 a.m. Lots more can come in before then!
