Here is the tally of what we captured. Ruby-crowned Kinglet 3 Golden-crowned Kinglet 1 Brown Creeper 1 Hermit Thrush 5 Song Sparrow 19 White-throated Sparrow 20 Fox Sparrow 1 (the first of the season for the Fort) Field Sparrow 1 Eastern Towhee 1 Yellow-rumped Warbler 1 Jim also reported seeing a Palm Warbler (don't know which race). There were Mallards and a Great Blue Heron, and many more sparrows of several species down in the marsh grasses.
