The Turkey Point Hawk Watch is located in the Elk Neck State Park in Cecil County Maryland. Two quiet days with 17 in the AM of 10/29: TV-6, SS-8, CH-1, ML-1, PF-1

And on the 30th and grand total of 8:  RT-1, SS-5, CH-2
