  The place I was referring to was  www.mbr-pwrc.usgs.gov/id/framlst/i0060id.html
 It's here that they have grebes, penguins and most
other waterbirds in the same order. I guess it was
just to take up less room, or something like that. Not
any real scientific descision. I was just wondering if something like that had really happened.
