The primary purpose is to observe the annual Eagle jamboree. Last year more than 100 eagles were seen on this trip, so it is one of the true spectacles of the birding year. Other birds occasionally get in the way and sometimes are even counted. Bring your spotting scope and warm clothes. This ? day trip begins at 8 a.m. at the Fisherman's Parking lot below Conowingo Dam.
