Liberty Reservoir "Liberty Lake", end of Oakland Rd.,
Carroll County, MD
OBSERVERS: Bob Ringler, Kevin Graff, Gail Frantz,
Steve Sanford, Harvey & Marion Mudd, Dave & Peggy
Perry
Weather: PS, cold, windy, 55 down to 53 degree
I arrived at 310pm search for anything in or around
water until Ringler and his crew arrive. We waited for
cormorants arrive at 430pm. Mostly Double-crested
bewtween 430pm and 450pm. Later at 4:53pm, last bird
arrive from the south was an 1st year Great Cormorant
and it flew over both counties. Several of us got new
county list for Carroll side.
