Great look at an Eastern Phoebe in the field to the left of Sycamore Landing Road (McKee-Beshers WMA) today.  The impoundments off Hunting Quarter Road Road have been devoid of waterfowl both today and the last 2 or 3 times I recently checked them.  The Potomac R. at Riley's lock has also been very quiet for waterfowl.  Pair of female Redheads were still at Little Seneca Lake at the Rt. 121 cove earlier this week.
