The most common species (other than Canada Goose) was Hooded Merganser (~12 @ Brighton Dam; 20 at Greenbridge; 4 on ponds on Daisy Rd; and 4 on pond at Emmaus Rd). There were ~ 16 Ring-necked Duck on Wilde Lake, and one each of Ruddy and Pied Billed Grebe (Lake Elkhorn) and Canvasback (Wilde Lake). The single Am Widgeon reported earlier in the week by Kurt Schwarz is still at Font Hill. When we checked Centennial Lake there were 0 waterfowl on the entire lake including geese and Mallards. Maybe the cold front this week will start to bring them in.
