The Pileated goes about its business while the Red-tail is harrassed by Crows and various songbirds. Meanwhile a Red-bellied Woodpecker continues to barely hang on while feeding at the smallest feeder I have up. Why doesn't he pick one of the larger ones that have the exact same seed in them, and are easier to get in to?
