If the wetlands area is not accessible, and the bird is there, it will be difficult to see, even with a scope. It has, however, also been seen in the sycamores along the seawall between the fort and the wetlands and, while it may be higher in the tall trees there, it should be seen well enough in binoculars or scope. Of course, no one knows what this bird will do in view of the current and expected weather.
