For the Cozumel portion of the trip, we are treating our (non-birding) grown children to a week on the beach. We are looking for recommendations for lodgings, to satisfy the following requirements as best as possible: 1) Near good beaches/good swimming, for our guests; 2) Not too expensive; 3) Near good birding (less important--we'll have a rental car). If you know of any obscure sites (not in Howell, which is our main reference) that might produce local Yucatan endemics, or any other special information that might be useful, such information would be appreciated. If can help, please reply off-OSPREY to: coskren@erols.com Thanks!
