You can't say one way or another. There are few feeders up this time of year to attract them to where birders will see them. They may not need feeders to survive. They are extremely tiny and hard to find and not many people are going out and doing thorough searches for them this time of year. Or 524 (or less if soem are counted twice) could be it. Be careful in making such statements.
