Present was a TUNDRA SWAN, 75 REDHEADS, 4 HORNED GREBES, 2 SCAUP, 10 COMMON MERGANSERS and the usual Ring-necked Ducks, American Wigeon, Mallards, a few Blacks, Pied-billed Grebes, Buffleheads, and Canada Geese. Later I met Shirley Geddes, Matilda Weiss and their spouses and we birded the area around the Loch Raven Skeet & Trap Center. We had a nice collection of land birds. Some of what we saw are as follows: Yellow-bellied Woodpecker Pileated Woodpecker Red-breasted Nuthatch Winter Wrens Both Kinglets Hermit Thrush Yellow-rumped Warbler Chipping Sparrows Debbie Terry Timonium, MD (Balto.
