Yellow Bellied Sapsucker Red-Bellied Woodpecker Downy Woodpecker Ruby Crowned Kinglet White Throated Sparrow House Sparrow Junco Song Sparrow Red-Winged Blackbirds Large flock of American Robins Starlings Carolina Chickadee 6 Great Blue Herons Canada Geese Mallards Ring-Billed Gulls Oddly there were no wrens or Cardinals or Titmouse while I was there. A nice couple from Long Island tipped me off and told me they found a Purple Finch on the back of the island. I was not able to locate it.
