Steve went down the slope to it and it offered no resistence whatsoever. He wrapped it in my scarf and we carried it home. We finally found a veternarian, Jeff Ott, in Greencastle,PA who would take it. He said the wing was badly broken, but he would call us and let us know how the bird is doing. It was a mature Red-tailed hawk. We'll keep you posted on its status. ======================================================================= To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey ======================================================================= =========================================================================
