My heart and eyes saw about 32 snowy owls in Frederick County fields, but my bins tell me they were only plastic grocery bags. "Paper or plastic?" PAPER!!!!!!!!!! Did see a couple beautiful male kestrels and one small red-tailed hawk chasing squirrels. Steve H.
