Beautiful! Also spotted were: - a pair of Bufflehead feeding in the non-iced over waters off the tip of the point. - Great Black-Backed Gulls, approx. 30, in the Washington Channel - A Great Blue Heron, in the Washington Channel - Canada Geese, numerous, in the Channel, on land and flying overhead. Not sure if this is the first DC Bald Eagle in '04???
