North East Park: The North East River is frozen over, since this is where the landfill gulls usually hang out on Sunday, there is usually good gull watching.  But with the ice, there was a noticeable lack of gulls
   Howard Pond: some Mallards, two Black Ducks, lots of Canada Geese, a Snow Goose, a Greater White-fronted Goose and a Coot.
   Southern Cecil County:  This was a field bird trip for Horned Larks, Pipits, and a chance at Longspurs and Snow Buntings.  Only Horned Larks, too little snow for good roadside birding.
