Maybe the 10-degree weather played a role. But there were good numbers of waterfowl in the Potomac at Blockhouse Point: over 200 Ring-necked Ducks, plus Am Wigeon, Bufflehead, Black, Mallard, Gadwall, 1 Common Merg and 2 Redheads.
