We were there from 8:20 to 9:20 and did not see it. After a trip to Teaism restaurant on 8th Street just north of D Street, we returned, fortified by Chai, Chocolate, and Cookies. We spent about 15 minutes there and still did not see the hummingbird. Rats. During our visits, we did see an adult sapsucker fly over the garden, as well as a robin.
