County Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed Sunday I visited Downs Park (bordering the Bay in A.A. County) located just south of Fort Smallwood Park. A lot of the Bay was frozen, but there was significant open water in front of the viewing area in the park. There was a large number of GREATER SCAUP and a moderate number of GOLDENEYES; a smattering of LESSER SCAUP, BUFFLEHEAD, and CANVASBACK; and 2 OLDSQUAW and one REDHEAD. There is a $5 entrance charge.
