I saw it briefly at 7AM Monday, in the narrow 7-7:05 AM window before leaving for work. On Tuesday, with the overcast skies, the birds were a few minutes slower arriving in the morning and were not present when I left. Mike Walsh of the Tri-County Bird Club looked for the bird, but I am do not know if he was successful. [Mike, if you see this, drop me line] I looked this morning until 7:15 AM and did not see it, but the large group of goldfinch got interrupted by the trash truck. Shelly later saw the bird around 8 AM. The offer still stands for anyone interested to come by and look for the bird. Please email me offlist for directions. And by the way, if I had not mentioned it earlier, the redpoll is a female (no hint of red or pink on the chest).
