I live in a development that is adjacent to a Bird Sanctuary, so it has been a lot of fun so far as an amateur to have such a variety. I was looking into Chickadees last night, and I realized I'm pretty close to the line between the Black-capped Chickadees and the Carolina Chickadees. I never knew the difference, so I'll be keeping a close eye on them tomorrow! Thanks for the advice about Sparrows. BTW - the White-throated Sparrows woke me up again this morning. They're quickly becoming my favorite bird.
