Also have a number of purple finches, and a few house finches at the feeder. Also, on the way towards the low water bridge, we had a Hermit Thrush. Yesterday, there were five Canada Geese on the Potomac River, and we had a great look at a Yellow-crowned Kinglet both yesterday and today! It was working it's way down a cedar tree, and we kept getting better and better looks at it. As we approached our home, we heard a bird in distress and then saw a Sharp-shinned hawk fly off. Don't know what bird he had.
