Comments: cc: elliotk500@verizon.net MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII Sorry I've taken so long, but I had to wait for a couple of late reports and then get past a string of meetings tying up my evenings after work. Here, finally, is the tally for the Baltimore City & County Mid-Winter Count, Saturday, Jan. 24, 2004. Highlights include significantly high numbers of Northern Harriers, Lesser Black-backed Gulls, a Glaucous Gull (at Eastern Landfill off Rt 40 northeast of the City), a flyover Pipit, Am. Tree Sparrows, White-crowned Sparrows on Back River Neck east of the City, a Meadowlark, and Rusty Blackbirds on Back River Neck. 89 species, 24 observers, 45,967 birds counted. text S P E C I E S comment 1670 C Goose 16 Mute Swan 21 Wood Duck 13 Gadwall 24 Am Wigeon 100 Black 896 Mallard 1 N.
