They must all be on Delmarva this year.  I had them on all 9 CBC's that I did and excellent numbers on several of those (i.e. 7 on a single count territory).  Also 2 or 3 have been present all winter around Oak Grove.

 That's my feeling at least here in Montgomery County. I have seen only a single bird this entire season, beginning back in September! I usually get them along portions of the canal during the various CBC's, but haven't seen a single one.
