These birds were seen in two flocks (50 & 275) near Perryville, Cecil County. Also today I have noticed quite a movemnet of raptors over the Edgewood Area of APG in Harford County. -headed north were; TV: 25, BV: 1, RTHA: 3, BAEA: 4, UK: 6. Also quite a large number of L. Scaup and scaup sp. on the Bush River between the two army posts.
