Of course they are just made by BSA, and are much, much less expensive than those Nikon Venturers. But they still have very good optics and eye relief for their price, and not too small to be used as my main pair. I was afraid at first that they would not be better than a compact pair, but they work fine. And I'm sure that those Nikon 8x32s will be even better.
