All that I could ID were Herring, Greater Black-backed and Ring-billed. 3 Double-crested Cormorants A couple dozen Red-breasted Mergansers 6-7 Common Mergansers (new for my Mall list) At the Maine Ave docks, a few gulls including an adult Lesser Black-backed. In the Enid Haupt Garden behind the Smithsonian Castle, a large flock of American Robins.
