One razorbill was loafing in the tide rip off the south jetty about midway in the channel. Returning at 9:30 the tide had turned and 3 razorbills were in approximately the same location and were actively diving. One common eider in 1st spring plumage as shown by Sibley appeared with a flock of surf and black scoters that briefly made an appearance from behind the jetty on my early visit. Lots of red-throated loons, too. No dovekies seen by me, alas.
