The Laughing Gull was seen loafing, preening and bathing at the mitigation site at St Mary's College along Rt 5 (Pt Lookout Rd) at 9:15 AM along with several Ring-billed Gulls. The bird was easily seen from the road on the sandbar at the mouth of the creek. The Wilson Snipe(s) were seen along the south side of Villa Rd just east of Lawrence Rd in the big drainage ditch inside the fence on the Navy/Coast Guard facility Webster Field in St Inigoes. I was driving and couldn't stop, but estimate at least 20 birds flushed as I drove by.
