I'm planning to make a trip to the C&O Canal this Saturday.  However, I'm not that familiar with it.  I'm in Washington County, close to Sharpsburg. Can anyone give me directions to a good spot that's near me, preferably one at which I might photo an Eastern Phoebe?  And what else might I see out there?
