But I know you will. Best of luck. Leo Weigant. >>> bbaer@INTERCOM.NET 9/1/04 5:53:48 PM >>> Hello everyone you may know that for the past 4 years I have participated in the World Series of Birding in NJ on a youth team. Up to this year I never really raised any money for the birding community. But this year I am making it my obligation to raise $1,000 for Pickering Creek Audubon Center. It is located just north of Easton. The center is directly involved with the local school system and every student in it gets an oppurunity to learn about there local wildlife including birding and bluebird monitoring. I am writing this post to ask anyone who would like to pledge our team per bird that we see on our big day. This year our team will be doing the whole state and could expect totals as high as 200 species. I am the only birder from Maryland on my team so only the money I raise will go to Pickering since the other team members have organizations of their own to support. If you interested in sponsoring the "Coastal Cuckoo's" (that's our team name) then send me an e-mail off listerv at bbaer@intercom.net. Thanks everyone for supporting the birding community. ======================================================================= To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey ======================================================================= ======================================================================= To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey ======================================================================= --=__Part59784ED1.0__=-- =========================================================================
