The group also saw the first Wilson Snipe to appear at the wetlands this season. Earlier in the day, Jim had seen a single Red-necked Grebe among the Horned Grebes, but it was not relocated. The next Saturday walk will be in May, as the April walk has been canceled because of other events that will draw crowds to replant the wetlands vegetation.
