Saturday evening at Huntley Meadows in Virginia the following birds, among others, were present: Great Egret Wood Duck Northern Pintail Hooded Merganser Common Snipe Eastern Phoebe Swamp Sparrow Sunday morning, from G'town Reservoir and Chain Bridge to Fletcher's Boathouse yielded: Double-crested Cormorant an abundance of Great Blue Herons Black-crowned Night-Heron Wood Duck Ring-necked Duck Hooded Merganser Osprey Bald Eagle Red-tailed Hawk Common Snipe Swallow sp.
