I was looking over the 2003 MOS State List Report (Brag Book) and noticed a disparity between the maximum # species reported in Saint Mary's County (319) vs. Charles County (284). Why would these counties be so different? At first glance, I was thinking that maybe Pt. Lookout or the Chesapeake Bay shoreline might account for the higher species total in Saint Mary's. However, the PG County maximum (317) almost equals St. Mary's total. Any thoughts?
